Default Cheap 4 function remote control TX + RX

I was at Princess Auto in Barrie, Ontario yesterday and saw they have a keychain remote with four pushbuttons and a receiver module that runs off 12 VDC and gives you four relay circuits that the remote can switch closed (on), then open (off). Not a bad price at $29.95 CDN on sale this week. It is in a blister pack Power Fist (store brand). Primarily targeted for automotive, I can see this useful in some home audio applications but didn't pick one up as $$$ is tight right now. If someone wants to buy me one for Christmas, that would be fine.
