Hi,
I want to do a little winding on a transformer kit; the kind you can buy from RS or Maplin that have a pre-wound primary and a split bobbin. Can someone point me to a chart of wire gauge vs recommended current for an EI transformer please? Also any formulae to calculate how many turns will fit in a given space. I've ordered the kits, but need to order the wire. |

Hi,
I would expect guidance to be included with the kit instructions.
