IRFP240 mosfet pin labels

Hi

I have the datasheet from International Rectifier for the IRFP240, but it doesn't show the pin labels. Which pin is Gate, Drain and Source?

Also needing this pinout info for the IRP250.

Well if you were to look at the IR site where you could find A LOT of information about IRF semiconductors you would find for instance the following info on IRFP240:

Every mosfet in a TO-220 or TO-247 package has always been 1: Gate 2: Drain 3: Source.
