Default Help with parts source please

Hello. I am looking for a US vendor for a couple of part numbers. Hopefully someone can help me locate these.

E102 and 3TH62

Thanks for any help.

I don't know what they are, can you identify them? Their use?

3TH62 at least came up in Google with reasonably appropriate looking returns.
