Transistor 40409

Good Day,
I am new at this forum. I do collect and repair Braun and a/d/s/ components. At the moment I am looking for two RCA transistors 40409 (with heatsink). Maybe someone can help. Some distributors still have these but sell them only in larger quantities.

NPN NF-Tr/E, 90V, 0,7A, 3W

(BD 139, BD 230, BD 529, BD 829)
different case - possibly mechanical adaption necessary

Thanks moamps, I am using the BD139 right now. But in order to keep the amp as original as possible, I would like to use the RCA 40409.
