European sources for Toshiba JFETs

I'm in search for these JFETs

2SJ74-GR
2SK170-GR

2SJ103-GR
2SK246-GR

Only place that seems to carry them is Borbely site. There they have a steep price though. As I need couple of hundred of these it's not very attractive.

Anyway, if you know any places that carry these and are likely to sell to Europe (Estonia to be more precise) then please let me know.

www.reichelt.de have all of them

You might also try www.jec.se, but I don't know if they ship
abroad, and they are very expensive anyway.

Thanks for the answers.

It's strange though that neither of these places specify the letter (Idss class) in product name. The applications I need them for need specific type.

Anyway, I hope they give me a type if I ask by mail.

It's been my experience (verified - see my posting ealier this year) that what you'll get from MCM is GR grade. I have not been able to have them deliver a specific grade.

Reichelt ships randomly, had some bad experience there.

Schuro carries some of the parts and specifies the color.
