Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to tell if 2sk389 are genuine or not.
I have bought one pair in local shop and they have two row marking

first row: k389
second row: BL.4F

Dot in the second row is not down but up. How could I now the name of the manufacturer?

Toshiba - Hitachi/ Renesas are the makers for the nice lateral power MOSFETs, but Toshiba is the manufacturer for 2SJ74/2SK170 and 2SJ109/ 2SK389.
