Matched Transistors (quad PNP arays)

Does anyone know where to get matched IC arrays of transistors, particularly quad PNPs? I've tried looking -> very hard to find

I haven't heard of any.

Why can't you use NPN quads or two dual PNP like SSM2220 from Analog Devices?

V. interesting. These appear to be fubctionally equivalent to 2n3904/3906. The THAT corp products have a matching parameter, but Fairchild does not. Any idea if Fairchild makes an effort to match beyond (presumably) cutting them from a single wafer? I assume all four are on a single contiguous piece of silicon rather than four individual chips in one package.
