my telewest remote control stopped working yesterday so i took ut apart and found a little metal (cap?) part had broken off the circuit board, it's almost impossible to solder it back on as there's not enough wire left to solder to!
the part has the following wrote on it- 3.6864 kdsi ol does anyone know what part this is and where i can get a new one from? thanks mark. |

For reference, that broken part was probably a 3.6864 MHz crystal.
