Default part need for a remote control

my telewest remote control stopped working yesterday so i took ut apart and found a little metal (cap?) part had broken off the circuit board, it's almost impossible to solder it back on as there's not enough wire left to solder to!

the part has the following wrote on it- 3.6864 kdsi ol

does anyone know what part this is and where i can get a new one from?

thanks mark.

I might have a spare remote lying around at home. I'll have a look tonight...

For reference, that broken part was probably a 3.6864 MHz crystal.

Yes... You can find them at RS Components by clicking frequency "3.6864Hz" (which must be a typo, as it's actually MHz).
