Default Authentic FETs

Who are the suppliers for authentic/no-fakes 2SK170 / 2SJ74 FETs? Preferably in the US, but Europe can do too.

MCM seems to have got a bad name in this forum, but I couldn't find any alternate retailers for such parts, except Borbely in Europe with its outrageous Euro prices.
