Default Need help with PSU for LCD

Hello all.

I come here asking for help for a simple design of a PSU to use in an LCD monitor i have. It's requirements are 12V/3A.
I have a 15V/3A transformer, and basically all the needed components, but don't know what regulators to use for it.
I thought about 3 paralleled 7812 ci's, but i could be asking too much from them.

Thank you very much
