I'm trying to fix a Carver m1.5t amp, and have found some
blown transistors. They are labled as "cvr 00101" and "cvr 00102" They appear to be connected as complimenatry npn-pnp pairs. I cannot seem to find a matching part number on any of the sites. nte/mouser/digikey/jameco/google The "cvr" prefix seems awfully close to carver, and I`m hoping that they didn't just special order them for their amps. I'm assuming that they're medium duty 60v 600ma audio amplifiers in a TO-92 package. Also, do anyone know if carver matched the complimentary pairs within 10% specs ? Thanks, Jeff G. |
