I need help to finde VN88AF fet, or something else that wil fit, ?

These days it comes in TO-220 case as VN88A(F)D.

Take a look at 2N6661-220M from Semelab.co.uk and decide, if it fits your needs. It has the same parameters (even slightly better), but less (?) power:

(Don't understand, why they would waiste TO-220 case for such a low power... Anyway, try to request datasheet and see for yourself).
