PIO Capacitor Mounting

Does it vertical versus horizontal mounting matter for the can type paper in oil capacitors? The type I have in mind are Sprague Vvitamin Q 4 mfd 220 volt. i would not expect them to leak, but would the oil cover the plates if tipped 90 degrees from the vertical?

They can be used in any orientation- they're pretty well impregnated by the oil.
