Strange old BJT
Hi!
Before some days I acquire one old Quadro receiver with discrete output circuitry. One chanel was dead so I found one output transistors are blow. Problems then started: on this particular device was mark ...Hirel, 218, Q, 110017. Amp is runing on voltage about 60..70V rail to rail. How to replace this kind of device. Please help me with some solution. |
