Question 200V ceramic caps

Hi all,
I have gone through three caps catalogues looking for 100nF 160Vdc or higher ceramic caps.
These are for Nchannel FET gate to drain frequency correction.
I don't want the bulk of 1000V nor polypropylene.
Any ideas who can supply in UK?

Kemet has X7R dielectric ceramic caps in 0.1uF/200V

for example C330C104K2R5CA

Distributors in UK: Arrow, Digi-Key, RS Components,
Avnet, TTI, etc.

All revealed in less than a minute on the www.kemet.com
web site.
