Wires for balanced interconnect

My budget is $50 for a 1-meter pair of balanced interconnect (including Neutrik connectors). Any recommendation on the wires?

Try this one : CONNEX-66070 at www.partsconnexion.com (go to "wire and cable" then "interconnect". Excellent cable! And it fits your budget.

I would pick up some Canare Starquad or similar high quality mic cable. At about $0.40/ft it's WELL inside your budget. And sound good to me.

I doubt the $10/ft cables would sound signifficantly better to my ears. Maybe they would for you...

I've been using the Canare Starquad for years now with a balanced BOSOZ preamp and SOZ amp. The sound of my system has always been very rich and tight in the bass and beautiful on vocals (especially female). At this low cost, give it a try. I think you will be surprised at the sound.

I am not going into cable sound - doesn't exist imo.
But I still have to agree - from a point of quality canare L4E6S starquad is all I use for xlr.
