hello everyone...
im trying to id a motorola chip out of a klipsch subwoofer amp model sw12-II. the chip model number is mc3298b. ive searched google and other places for hours and not much comes up. if any one could help, that would be great. i have a pic, it's not great considering that my digital camra is a p.o.s., but at least you will beable to make out the package. |

Could be a motorola version of a 2SC3298.

its possible there were 4 toshiba 2sc3281's and 4 toshiba 2sa1302's on the same board as with a mc1458n op amp. but im still not sure. tha package is the same it looks. how do i test these? and what would they be used for. im a speaker guy, but im just starting out, getting in to building amps. im going to build my first gainclone soon and would like to venture in to solid state some day.
