bd140 PIN LAYOUT

Hi...
While checking a fault on my power amp i've found these two pdf of a bd140...

What's the right one?

Quite possibly both. Not all manufacturers stick to the same pinout. You should test the devices to be sure.

have another look!
I think they are the same:- ecb looking at the front.

not all BD140 pin-out are the same.Those without suffixes or H suffix differ from G suffix.

the main differece is the E and B pins.The C always sticks to the center
