Hi all,
I've to replace the sanken transistor of my old DENON PMA1060. They are 2SA1491+2SC3855. Cause I've seen that these one are quite expensive and difficult to find, have you any suggestion to replace them with something else ? Regards |

for 2SA1491,try these:BD246D,2SA1386(A),2SA1294,2SB817
for 2SC3855.try these:BD245F,2SC3263 U may notice that the subtitutes look like not complementary pairs,as me NOT sure 2SA1491/2SC3855 are truely complementary pair or not. |
