Well, jacco gave us very logical explanation, so I want give up from schuro. This situation is very common in my country with companies which are actually "one man band" which doesn't necessary mean that they have no sense for business. Tnx jacco.

I sent email yesterday 19:18 and Mr. Rother answered 12:22 today. Fairly fast compared to most stores. He seemed like a very friendly and reliable man, so just send your order I wrote in german

Exactly my experience.
As long as you order something you┤ll be alright and will get an answer.
"Only" asking I often didn┤t get a reply.

Maybe you should explain what you need BUT you have questions before. Eventually that sounds more serious to him?
