bb809 Varicap Equivalent/replacement?
Hi There I'm Building a project (pll fm transmitter)
And it uses a bb809 Varicap wich I'm having a tough time sourcing Does anybody know a equivalent or replacement for the bb809 Varicap or a online store that I can get it from? I Live in South Africa (Gauteng) Thanks in Advance! |

You might try using a plain old silicon diode.
Try a few and stick with the one that works the best.
