semiconductor with the marking "D2004" ( Denon Avr-5600 )

hi ..
I'm repairing a Denon avr-5600. I need to replace a semiconductor with the markings D2004. It should be a Transistor, It has three leads coming off of it. The PCB print reads TR309.. and with E and B on the two outer leads.

Help out with a replacment part #..

That is a 2SD2004.
Instead of using a replacement try to find the original.
If you can't, here are some possibilities:
2SC2983, 2SC4027, 2SD1918, 2SA2122
