Default BCV61/62 monolithic current mirrors

Dual transistors internally connected as current mirrors. Having only 4 pins and being SMT would result in some neat PCB layouts. Not bad specs, and given the dearth of complementary dual transistors they look quite attractive. Has anyone used them before?
