Where to find Toslink 142 series?

Anyone know if and where one can purchase the TOTX 142 and TORX 142?

Digi-key (www.digi-key.com) carries many options, including the exact ones you asked for. Search for "totx" or "torx". Also, click on the technical/catalog info link in the product page for one of the search results, and download the page of the catalog containing the item. There are some other options on there too, including less expensive modules from Sharp. They will ship almost anywhere, but have a surcharge if you do not meet a minimum order total.
