Default Who had bought from ESRC Vacuum Tubes?

ESRC Vacuum Tubes -- BUY-SELL-SWAP

WEBSITE: http://electron-tubes.com

I'd ordered some tubes from them, they only sent me part of the tubes.
On the invoice the other tubes marked as Backorder.

But the strange thing is, I have written at least 10 email to them but no any reply. Even I faxed them, still no any answers.

Is some one who lives in Florida or USA who can tell me, Are they a decent dealer?

cheers

Coffin

Did you call them? 561-737-8044

Also, they appear to be the same as this ESRC, showing problems at the Better Business Bureau:

Start by filing a complaint with the BBB.

Hello,

I have ordered tubes from ESRC before. The first time, the phone was answered by an apparently older man. I received my items within 4 days. The last time I tried to get something from them, the phone was answered by a much younger fellow. After a month and 4 additional phone calls, I never did receive my tubes. And they never charged my credit card, so I guess we're even.

I conjecture that the business has changed hands. At this time, I buy all my fire bottles from Antique Electronics in Arizona.

I've always had very good service and prices from them. I even got a Chrismas card last year from Stanley Winston. I sure hope is ok.

They can also be found at :

http://www.thetubecenter.com

there is number on that site.

I have a business card that lists this number 407-826-5808. If anyone talks to Stanley please post here to tell us he is ok.
