does anyone know of a good N-channel FET that meets or exceeds these requirements:
1) Qg (total gate charge) less than or equal to 50 nC
2) Rds less than or equal to 50 mOhms
3) low Crss
4) at least 40V rating
5) at least 1A continuous rating (higher rating preferred)
6) low power dissipation, 5W max
7) must be in a package i can use with my breadboard (ex. TO-220)
i've been searching the spec sheets on digi-key and haven't come up with anything. i heard a good one to use is the Si9410DY but i don't where i could get some that are in a package i could use with my breadboard. anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

the IRLZ44N has really good specs, but it dissipates too much power.
a transistor like the SI9410DY would be perfect, but i can't find them in a usable package.

do you know where i could find one like that or something similar?
thanks for the help Tim.
