Hi everyone,
I've got a Behringer cx 2310 crossover. It works fine, but when I turn it on or shut it off it gives a short DC signal. This results in a PLOP sound, and a big woofer excursion is visible. The cone slowly moves back to normal position. I am afraid this might damage the speaker. What can I do to not to let the DC signal get to the speakers? |

The simplest thing to do is turn your power amps on last, and off first.

That's what i usually do. It would be easier though if I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore.
Is there no such thing as a turn on delay or something? |

Yes, and if you do a search you will find several schematics on the forum, and many more out on the web.
