datasheets for Hitachi 2SJ56 & @sk176

Anyone have detailed datasheets for 2SJ56 and 2SK176? I have 16 sets of these and would like to put them to good use, but can't locate any data. HELP!

Those parts haven't been made for many years. However, you can get the same die in a different package (TO-3P instead of TO-3). The data sheet is the same except for the package information:
