irfp Substitute

Hi guys,

Can anyone let know of substitutes for IRFP**** transistors? particularly IRFP240, 140, 9610 and IRF610.

Simply go to other manufacturers website such as ST, Fairchild, OnSemi, and run the part cross reference.
