The value in the same table for 4700pF<C<0.033F is < 4 x 10-4

The value from Philips are from a 162 nF 63 Volt polystyrene capacitor..

Of course!....As the Mundorf data sheets ,are so reliable as Philips I , can only claim:
- Mundorf capacitors are the best capacitors in town!!!...
