How do we measure the uncharged resitance in a capacitor?

Thanks. Now, if the caps are out of the range capability of the analyzer, what is the procedure? Do you just put the caps in series and divide the ESR value accordingly?

Uh, I suppose you could do that. Mind to solder them to attempt to reduce stray resistances.
