I have a shorted capacitor that I need to replace. The markings appear to be:

BP3E
I am used to seeing 3 digit markings with the first two digits being value plus a third multiplier. I have even seen four digit markings such as "2200" meaning 2200pF. But, 1110 seems to be an odd value for pF capacitor.
If someone can tell me what value this ceramic capacitor is, it would be greatly appreciated (or point me to a good guide).

I just did a little looking around on theweb - the symbol that looks like an "X" is actually the Raychem logo (look closer...), so the part is definitely a PTC/resettable fuse. If anything, it may be saving the application from disaster.... The Raychem line was bought out by Tyco - you may be able to find specs at their web site if you're interested.
