OPA627BP under 10$?

Hi all,
A friend told me that he has bought OPA627's at 8$ on e-bay... but the price that I see everywhere is about 30$... does anybody know if it's possible? fake OPA's?

You can find a ton of places on ebay that'll sell you 5 OPA627's for around 30-45 USD, but AFAIK they're all just reselling free samples from TI (which is of course not permitted).
