Is this a silver mica capacitor?

Hi
I have found a couple of these (attached image).
Am I right in supposing that it is a silver mica capacitor or what is it really?
Thansk to those who can say what it is!

Maybe. Looks like an old shape though, might be bad.

560 pF?

These are old Mica caps not Silver Mica, they are Mil-Spec
Value is a 56 Pfd.. I would say about 25 years old............
