Default Service Manual for NAD 3140 Integrated Amp

My beloved NAD 3140 Integrated Amp (from the early 1980's) has needed periodic cleaning of pots & switches over the years. Now, though, it is making wierder sounds (loud startup pop, some crackling & squealing after running for 10 minutes) and looking distressed (one row of LED's in the power display does not light). I think it's time to buy a service manual and have a closer look.

Actually, it seems that perhaps 20 years ago might have been a better time to buy a service manual, because I can't seem to locate any supplier that has one.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
