MUR860/MUR1520 and LM338T request

I need 16 pieces MUR860 (or MUR1520) and 4 pieces LM338T for my GainClone LM3886 project.
Anyone knows some information/source for this small order?

I have already searched the forums and the web (to some extent).
Please do not give me web-page address of some distributor/company who does not sell 50- pieces. I cannot afford to buy that much.

LM 338T, LM3886 etc. etc...

It looks like u have not been to lamington road in Mumbai.

Take the western railway and get down at Grant road station. Just cross the flyover and u are there. This is the place for shops selling electronic parts.

Thank you Gajanan. I have been to Lamington Road several times before. But my experience say something different. I got LM317 but not LM338T. When asked about LM3886T, they say they have LM386. Even Visha Electronics, from where I usually buy parts says oh! this is a long number. I was surprised.
Also Cirkit said they do not have LM3886 and LM338.

If you can tell me a particular shop then it will be very helpful. I admit that I did not ask all the shops.

Bye the way, we went to Goa for few days in 2002. Though it was off season we enjoyed a lot. The sea was beautiful and clean. Not like the sea in Mumbai.

U should go to the shops that sell industrial electronics.
I can believe about LM3886T but LM338 should be available. It's a standard IC. U should try some shops upstairs.

Find out where from RS Components operates and try your luck. They are quite expensive. With their quote u probably can fly to US with a list of components. Might be cheaper...

Try the shop close to the Police station.

If it's so difficult for u in Mumbai, then...
U cannot start a thread and expect the others to sell/send u the parts.
Respond to the group buy in that thread. It is best to go with the crowd.

Thank you very much for your help. But I have already ordered some rectifiers from ON Semi 2 days back. In any case I will need MUR860 more. I write to you.
