The local auto parts store has a variety of ATO fuse holders in the lighting and electrical section. In-line, (With wire leads) panel mount and even one which "piggybacks" a new fuse/circuit from an existing fuse holder. I cut in and hot glued an in-line holder for my latest in-car project.

Do you need exactly that type (panel AND PCB mount)? It might be worth asking Rapid just what make and model those holders are. If you knew that, maybe someplace else that doesn't require large minimum orders from outside the UK would have them.

some kind of panelmount holders at Digikey:
F1089-ND and F1088-ND

This sucks! Rapid wants a 200 Pound min order as well as to submit a business plan for international orders. Did another Google search 200 pages this time. Nope! I believe the manufacturer is Jenn Feng. Contacted then twice but received no responce. It's frusterating when you know the exact part you want exists but you cant get it. AHHHHH! The only other non-OEM distributer I have found for Jenn Feng is out of New Zealand.

Unless Rapid are complete weasels, they should be able to supply you with some detailed specs on that fuseholder. If you were designing that into a real product you'd be concerned about meeting safety standards and you'd need documentation to back that up.

Here's a thought: car amps often have pc-mount ATO fuseholders. It might be worth talking to a shop that repairs car audio: they might have spares in stock, or maybe you could order some as spares from an autosound manufacturer. The kind of electronic distribs that supply repair shops might stock these too.

Youre right about car audio amps. Found a Kenwood parts suplier thhat had one that would work, but @ $4.25 USD!

I'll try some amp repair places. Absurdly never thought of that.

Thanks!
