The fuse rating is 1.25 amps at 125V
If it's impossible to obtain an exact replacement, possibly a small ceramic fast-blow 1.25A fuse could be substituted (wrap some solid wire around the ends of the fuse and solder). That's at your own risk of course; officially I do not recommend it.

I had opened the fuse. It has a pasted cover.
I will join the remaining ends of the fuse wire and hope for the best.
