Hy, I want to build the Leach Amp but i'm not sure where I can find some good MJ's (not faked)
What do u think about Farnell ... It is possible to find counterfeit MJ's here too ? A friend of mine told me that Farnell sells the tranzistors in a plastic box also with the bar code on it .. not bad Anyone had experience with these MJ's from Farnell ? |

As far as I am aware Farnell source their stuff direct from the manufacturers, so in the case of the MJs, they should be genuine ON Semi devices.

You can try to get them from:
http://www.onsemi.com/ for free. Log on to their "my ON Login" top right of the page. Make a username and password to get in for free samples. You have to tell them a company name (yours of course, you DO have a company don't you) (Yes you do) (Then create one right now, make up that name you always liked for your amplifier ) Search for the parts you need, all of them that you will need for the Leach Amp cause they have many parts you need. You can get up to 25 each of many parts. But......... you have to pay the shipping with a credit card. Don't know what that will be to your location. I paid $11 USD from their shipping point to California.(One batch came from Singapore) Overnight FEDEX delivery. Cost you nothing to try. Prosit |
