Try http://www.diyhifisupply.com. Go to accessories, then DACT & switches. They use surface mount resistors.

Besides, if you are coming to Hong Kong, you can visit a number of Hi Fi Supply Shops like YK Audio or Hoi Wan Supply or even the shops in Apliu Street.
