Where can I buy these in Belgium ?

Somewhere there's a thread stating they can be substituted with 2SA1216 and 2SC2922. Should be more easy to get.

The Onsemi website tells you that Arrow has them, distibutor for Arrow in Belgium is:

SPOERLE Electronic
Keiberg II
Minervastraat, 14/B2
1930 Zaventem
Phone: (02) 7197150
Fax: (02) 7091340

Be aware that they usually only sell to companies, and that there is a minimum order quantity.

I had the same problem here in the Netherlands, and ended up to request them as samples from On-semi directly.

Couldn't order from the Arrow distributor in the Netherlands as enduser

, and no local electronic shop has them / was willing to order 25 pieces from Arrow, where I needed only 6 of each.
