Default Where can get K170/J74V?

just need V classification due to the IDss requirement but cant found my location. Any online shop offer these transistors?Thanks!

they were bought from local toshiba agent, i have test all of them with idss, and have database record. now i have about about 100pcs left each, if you wanna exchange, please send email to

I am parallel them now, but you need to bear the incease of the input capacitance. sometimes, it is critical to some circuit that may let it self-oscillation, if luckly, may just reduct the bandwidth
