here' s the link to a French components' reseller: http://www.e44.com/ They have both the 240 (3.50 EUR/pc.) and the 9240 (4.00 EUR/pc.) Otherwise, you can buy directly from the manufacturer: http://www.irf.com/indexsw.html (prices should be slightly lower) Cheers, Bruno |

Not the answer to your question but close enough. The best price i have found is 1.35 euro for the IRFP240 and this is in germany. www.reichelt.de
