LM324 is all the rage. uA709 is excellent too. Probably the best audio op-amp ever created.

AD8610/8620 is quite alright also but only for max +- 13 volts!

LM324 is very interesting. It has a pure class B output stage and the crossover distortion is extremly high. This opamp is good if you want to see crossover distortion in a very pedagogical way.

The LM324 I agree -- I gave a bunch of them away 5 years ago -- what are your thoughts on the LM833 ?

If you open console mixers, you will find a lot of them

I prefer NE553X to LM833... It's my opinion.

This is obviously a joke. The uA709 was one of the first op-amps ever. The LM324 is also old as dirt.
