Hi All,
I'm hoping someone out there has data on part # STV03HY
Near as I can tell it dates from the late seventies, early eighties and was made by sanken, though this is unsubstantiated. It is some sort of 'forward reference diode'. It is used in an adcom gfa1a to provide bias voltage and thermal compensation for the output stage. What isn't clear from the schematic is what voltage this thing is 'set' for. Its symbol is like 3diodes munged together, and unlike a zener it seems to be used forward biased...
I've done the usual web searches, and while there are places selling something with the same part number, no-one offers a datasheet, so its hard to know if it really is the thing I'm looking for...
Thanks for your help
Stuart
