equivalent for µA726C????

Hello everyone,
I am searching for an equivalent of an µA726C (TO) Dual-Transistor.
I just started repairing an old FORMANT Modular Synthesizer and noticed that this type of IC is missing on 3 VCOs.
Can anybody help me with my problem?

Hello Erb,

The ua726 is an obsolete internally heated op amp that has no available substitutes and is essentially unobtainium. It's use in missile guidance systems and it's rarity combine to produce extremely high prices when old stock spares can be found.

Posting your query on some analogue synthesizer mailing lists may help you find a source, try Analogue Heaven or Synth-DIY (google to find the links to these lists). These parts sometimes appear on eBay as well, or just searching for "ua726" may find you some (expensive) sources.

Thank you! Seems that there is coming up a lot of searching during the next weeks (months, years...?).
Hopefully someday I can listen to those VCOs screaming again...
