where to purchase Elna and help with markings

I'm looking for a local or catalog/online distributor of Elna large alu caps. I live in San Francisco CA and would prefer to find a local shop where I can look at the caps before purchasing. I've tried HdB, Mouser, and tried calling CapsCo but the number I have is wrong. The particular Elna cap i'm looking for is a LP5 80v 4700uF 35x30mm (DxL). I also need to replace another cap but I'm not sure of the brand, it has the following markings T I 2200 MFD 50v MAE059 and on the other side it has S11 LG 0014 +85c it measures about 7/8x15/16" (DxL). I can provide pictures if needed. Both caps are from a MTX thunder 6000 mono sub amp. I've tried to order the caps from them but they won't sell them to me (they want me to pay for labor to have it fixed javascript:smilie('
