Default Black Gate FILM capacitors, anyone?

No, this is not another thread on Black Gate ELECTROLYTICS .
But one on their FILM capacitors and other products . In Jelmax Technical Report #34 (downloadable on partsconnexion website), Kazuo Ishi writes:
"All of the film capacitors (Twist L, Super Twist L, and STLX), and system wires (speaker cords, JPC coaxial cables, and lead wires) we offer have been selected after being evaluated as the best available...."
And in # 52, "STLX, STL, TL, polystyrene, polypropolene, polycarbonate, polyethyleneterephtalate" film capacitors are mentioned as one of the two types of capacitors that overcome the difficiulties of distortion and E.S.R. "in the case that capacity is less than 15uF" (the other type mentioned is the Black Gate electrolytic).
And then in #61: "In case of STLX, a film capacitor produced by our company, first we put the whole unit into the first container for preventing vibration, E.S.R. and ununiformed charging, moreover, we cover it with a polycarbonate case, it is a a double structure. It show the highest performance." (there is a picture of a STLX film capacitor in this report).
So, not having seen any Black Gate products on the market besides their electrolytic capacitors, this is a call for those who have had experience with these Black Gate film capacitors and system wires to give us a report on them. What was your impression, are they available anywhere still (were they ever available)?
Please no discussion of the BG electrolytic series here since that has been discussed on many other threads, and forgive the solecisms from the above quotes (Nonetheless, I must admit that I feel that Ishi is right in some of his usages: "dumping" comes much closer to the true inner form of "damping", and "idling" does seem more dignified than "break-in" or "burn-in" etc.
