I'm having a tough time sourcing a supplier of this particular transistor that came out of my Luxman M-117 power amp.
A1208 S 8D: I believe it's a TO-92 but don't know the exact specs. The pair had it's flat facing together and have been told that these need to be matched very closely. I've looked at some cross references online and came up with the following (which I suspect don't have the same specs): SK3867A (SK Semi) 2SA1208 Si PNP NTE32 Can someone please let me know if the above will work? Also it doesn't seem online suppliers like Digikey , Allied Elec, Mouser stock or sell. BQ

I bet they're 2SA1208.
I don't think I've ever seen a Japanese transistor with the 2S on the front of the type number. I do have a Toshiba MOSFET with the number 2SK693 written on it, but usually you get K405, or J115. The 2S is taken as read.... So you alredy know the specs...now you need a supplier. |
